Virtual staging is a great way to add life to unfurnished homes and to help generate ideas in prospective buyers heads. Visualizing a furnished interior is hard, especially when you don't live in a space yet, but this gives buyers a way to envision themselves living there.

Social Media Video Add-on
Social media is basically one of the best marketing spaces for your business. Based on your vision, I will capture videos of the interior and exterior and edit it for you so it's ready to post! (Aerial video can be added for an additional $75). See an example of a home reel I did for just the exterior.

How should i prepare for listing photos?
Declutter, make the beds, remove everything from the counters, remove family photos—make the house look like how you want it to be presented! I can send a check list when booking.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Yes, travel within 50 miles is covered under your booking. However, a mileage fee might be added if requesting a shoot with a commute greater than 50 miles, which will be discussed before booking.
How and when will I receive my pictures?
I will aim to get your pictures back to you within 1-2 business day and I will send you a digital gallery where you will be able to download each image at your preferred resolution. Payment must be received to access gallery.
Legalese
According to US copyright law, I (Sierra Juliet Media LLC) retain full ownership rights to every photo I take, regardless of whether a contract is signed. When booking a shoot, you purchase the license to use these photos to market the home and post to the MLS.
I have the right to post, edit, or resell any picture I take.
